• To collect COD amounts and transfer them to merchants.

• Delivery partners, when a shipment travels through their network, including for international delivery.

We keep shipment and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to a shipment are deleted when no longer needed.
